No. Photo Therapy is a tool within Counselling and Psychotherapy that can used in the therapy, just like other creative options. You can take photos to bring to the session to show how you’re feeling or a particular issue.

I offer a sliding scale between £60 - £90 so that you can choose how much you can afford.
I realise this is still unaffordable for many therefore please get in contact as sometimes I have low cost therapy availability.

Practically, in the room, there are a variety of different comfort items such as softer side lighting, fidgets, blankets, different seating options.
There is no need for eye contact if that suits.
Verbal communication isn’t considered the only form of communication, whether the preferred option is writing or silence, for example, this can be used.
